RHYTHMS & REWARDS for REFUGEES! A Community "Fun-Raiser" Saturday, August 21, 2010 6:30 to 9:30 pm Ashland Community Center 59 Winburn Way Drop in, have some fun, and help a local charity raise funds for Iraqi families displaced from their homes. The Collateral Repair Project works in Jordan, sustaining refugee families with projects for social and economic uplift: http://www.collateralrepairproject.org/

We'll have: live family music, light refreshments, a short film about CRP's work, plus door prizes, and a raffle with great gifts, like a whitewater rafting excursion! $10 entry fee.
